Open the straight-through output door.

Pull down the green pressure-release levers.

With both hands, grasp the side of the media that is most visible (this includes the middle), and carefully pull it free from the printer.

If you cannot grasp the media with your hands, perform the procedure in Clear jams from the print-cartridge area.

Close the straight-through output door.
